Change Management, Communications and Training
Purpose
The CMCT team works to smooth the transition to the new systems.
Responsibilities
- Surveys, focus groups and interviews to better understand and respond to the needs of the campus community.
- Extensive training and support options (see the Training page for more details).
- Communications outreach including eNews briefs, web updates, Town Halls, presentations and more. Sign up for the eNews briefs to get a monthly summary of our web site headlines.
- At Your Side Consulting (AYSC) work sessions to give direct help to MAUs in organizing themselves for the new systems. Currently, AYSC is focused on helping MAUs set up the accounting and organizational structures in the new systems.
Join Us
EBSP will need coaches and change agents in the field. Coaches will play a vital role in training and support. Change agents will be "eyes and ears" in the field to help us better collect feedback from the campus. If you are interested in playing one of these roles, email us.
