Research Administration
The Research Administration (RA) team is working to configure research proposals, budget, awards, Grants.gov submissions, Research Institutional Review Boards (IRB)/human subjects, research conflict of interest and reporting requirements for these areas in the new systems.

Change Management, Communications and Training
The Change Management, Communications and Training (CMCT) team works to smooth the transition to the new systems through communications outreach, training and support programs and other organizational transition efforts.
Data Services
The Data Services team is responsible for maintaining the following:
- EBS Business Intelligence reporting system.
- MSU Data Warehouse (MSUEDW).
- Technical and Functional Data definitions (metadata).
- Identify sources of Master Data.
Our goal is to enable individuals to understand and access high quality MSU data.
Finance
The Finance team has worked to configuring the finance, accounting, budget and purchasing processes in EBS and continues to support the university's use of the systems by responding to feedback and implementing enhancements to the processes.
Human Resources/Payroll
The Human Resources/Payroll team has worked to configure the human resources, payroll and time entry processes in the EBS HR/Payroll systems including Unit Administrator, Unit Time Administrator, Time Entry Specialist, Manager Self Service and Employee Self Service. This team continues to support the campus community in its use of the HR/Payroll systems by responding to feedback and implementing enhancements.
Technical
The Technical teams' efforts include managing all of the hardware and software needs for the project and creating reports, interfaces, conversions, forms, workflow and other enhancements to the software. There are multiple branches of the Technical team including Infrastructure Administration, Integration and Testing, Interfaces and Conversions, Kuali (Finance) Development and SAP (HR/Payroll) Development.
